Thank you for shopping with KONDRA. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
If an order is placed on a business day before noon and the item is in stock, we may be able to ship it the same day. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed and depends on order volume, product availability, and carrier pickup times.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, holidays, weather conditions, or other delays outside of our control.
Please note that processing time and delivery time are separate. Processing time is the time we need to prepare your order before it is shipped.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KONDRA is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If you need help, contact us at info@kondrabags.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kondrabags.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged package and item.
