Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your KONDRA purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, clean, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with its original packaging, if available.
To start a return, please contact us at info@kondrabags.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions after your request is reviewed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kondrabags.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, worn, damaged by the customer, or returned without approval may not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you would like a different color or style, please contact us. The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
